About Associação Portuguesa de Celíacos
Associação Portuguesa de Celíacos (APC) is a non-profit association (IPSS) dedicated to defending the interests and rights of its members. They offer a range of services and support for individuals with celiac disease, including information, awareness programs, education, and assistance. APC provides resources on celiac disease, its symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment.
They also offer guidance on a gluten-free diet, including information on gluten-free foods, medications, and cosmetics, as well as advice on managing cross-contamination in schools and while traveling. In addition, APC offers consultations with nutritionists and psychologists to support individuals and families facing the challenges of living with celiac disease.
