Celiacos Baleares

The Association of Coeliacs of the Balearic Islands (ACIB) is a nonprofit organization and member of FACE, supporting people with coeliac disease across the Balearic Islands. Its work focuses on raising awareness, improving quality of life, and helping members navigate the practical challenges of a gluten-free diet. ACIB provides information about coeliac disease, common questions, gluten, safe eating, and food labelling and classification. It also promotes safer dining through guidance for restaurants and a directory and map of establishments advised by the association.

Members can access benefits, partner offers, activities, and the CeliGuía app, which helps them find restaurants, hotels, and other establishments with gluten-free options. ACIB also offers opportunities to participate in community activities and integration programs, and shares updates on research, diagnosis guidance, and food safety. The association collaborates with businesses and institutions to develop projects and resources, while inviting people to become members and contribute to its work. Its efforts build on decades of collective advocacy to make coeliac disease more visible in society.
