Cel Yoga is a wellness practice based in Quito, Ecuador, offering in-person and online support for women seeking to reconnect with their bodies and understand recurring patterns in their lives. Founded by Celina, the practice brings together yoga, breathing, meditation, and personal reflection to help clients notice physical and emotional signals, explore their possible roots, and develop new ways to respond.

Its offerings include a free, brief pattern quiz with an audio practice tailored to the result; Reset Raíz, a 21-day program of short breathing, meditation, and yoga practices; and Mujer Raíz, a 10-week process focused on recognizing patterns, understanding their origins, and responding differently. Clients can also book individual biodecoding sessions to explore concerns involving the body, emotions, relationships, or decisions. Yoga classes provide a space to move, breathe, and cultivate body awareness. Cel Yoga’s approach combines body-based practices with the founder’s experience as a yoga teacher, biodecoding consultant, and NLP master, while encouraging each person to find their own answers.
