CEMES Moto Elaborazioni is an Italian motorcycle engineering and performance workshop with roots in a family passion for racing engines. The idea began with Marino Scarabello, a Ford engine specialist and motorsport enthusiast, and was later developed by his son Angelo into a dedicated engine workshop serving the national and international motorcycle scene. The company combines specialist craftsmanship with precision equipment to support performance development and racing applications.

Its services include cylinder-head porting and machining, with passage impressions used to identify defects and guide airflow-focused work, as well as engine balancing carried out to fine tolerances. CEMES also makes custom air boxes and components from fibreglass and carbon fibre to customer specifications, and offers weight-distribution work and CNC-machined parts. Its technical capabilities include engine dynamometer testing, braking dynamometer support, flow-bench testing, valve-guide boring and seat machining, grinding, TIG/MIG welding, and specialist treatments. The company also provides C/S Engineering products and services, along with courses. Its equipment includes Dynojet, Borghi & Saveri, Serdi, Bridgeport, and Korradi Kropp machines.
