They strategically selected the location at Coega IDZ in Port Elizabeth, South Africa due to the availability of suitable land, ready infrastructure, and access to the port of Ngqura. With all the necessary regulatory approvals and permits obtained, a reputed contractor was appointed to oversee the construction of state-of-the-art facilities.

Cemza's cement production started on November 17, 2018. These facilities, coupled with an experienced operations team and the utilization of energy-efficient technology, allow Cemza to provide customers with reliable and well-engineered cement options.
