About Centenary Day
Centenary Day was born in 2024 in Alytus, Lithuania, when health researcher Arnas Stucinskas realised that most wellness advice dies in the gap between knowing and doing. The company set out to close that gap by blending rigorous longevity science with friendly automation. The result is a cloud platform that assembles personalised routines, adaptive meal plans, and context-aware reminders, all synced to the userβs calendar and wearables.
Unlike siloed fitness or diet apps, Centenary Day treats sleep, movement, nutrition, biomarkers, and daily environment as one interconnected system. Its recommendation engine updates with every data point, so plans stay relevant when schedules, travel, or health metrics change. For organisations the software offers an anonymised dashboard, gamified challenges, and SSO-ready security, giving HR teams a measurable way to improve workforce well-being.
Privacy and evidence are baked in from day one: servers run in the EU, the platform is SOC 2 Type I audited, and every suggestion links to peer-reviewed research. A freemium model lowers the barrier for individuals, while a per-employee licence lets companies roll out large-scale programmes without data-harvesting trade-offs.
Mission: Make the healthy choice the path of least resistance and help more people celebrate their hundredth birthday in good health.
