About Centered For Life
Centered for Life is a non-profit Christian holistic counseling center located in Saint Simons Island, Georgia. Our mission is to help individuals and families find healing from past hurts, navigate present struggles, and build a hopeful future. At Centered for Life, we offer a range of services to support your well-being.
Our team of clinical counselors is trained in trauma, EMDR, Neurofeedback, and addiction. We provide counseling and therapy services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families dealing with various issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse, trauma, and more. Our compassionate counselors work with you to create meaningful relationships and guide you towards a fulfilling life.
In addition to counseling and therapy, we offer specialized treatments like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help you heal from trauma, as well as Neurofeedback to strengthen your brain and improve your mental, emotional, and physical health.
