Center For Digital Sundhed

Center For Digital Sundhed is an independent Danish non-profit knowledge and competence centre focused on creating healthier digital environments for children and young people. It helps municipalities, schools, childcare settings, health professionals and parents understand how digital environments can affect wellbeing, sleep, attention, relationships and development. Drawing on research, clinical experience and practical expertise, the centre turns complex knowledge about technology, psychology, health and child development into useful guidance and action.

Its offerings include courses for parents and professionals, talks and workshops, municipal programmes, training and certification, and Skærmsund packages containing practical materials and discussion tools for schools, institutions and families. The centre also supports implementation, parental involvement and evaluation, including surveys, impact measurement and reports, helping organisations develop shared approaches and improve their initiatives over time. Its work aims to equip the adults around children with a common language, relevant skills and practical resources, rather than placing responsibility solely on young people.
