Central Coast Juicery

Central Coast Live Foods is a food brand focused on making delicious, nutrient-dense products with simple ingredients and no unnecessary additives. Its featured product, Kraut Krackers, is a fermented, plant-based cracker made with four organic ingredients. The brand describes the crackers as rich in dietary fiber and nutrients, and presents them as a satisfying snack for everyday eating or before and after exercise. They are promoted as gluten-free, soy-free, sugar-free and free from seed oils, and can be eaten on their own or paired with foods such as hummus, yogurt, fruit, avocado or vegetables.

Kraut Krackers grew from the work of Central Coast Juicery, founded in 2014 to serve fresh, organic juice to the local community. The company says customers’ interest in its food offerings helped the crackers become a central product, leading to increased production and retail availability across California. Central Coast Live Foods also offers Trail Salad and supports wholesale purchasing, with a wholesale signup and ordering service.
