About Central European Academy of the UM
Welcome to the official website of the Central European Academy (CEA)! The Academy's aim is to enhance the level of domestic legislation in the field of comparative law and establish and operate a widely recognized professional network in Central European countries. The CEA activities include the Central European Professorial Network, the Junior Program, CEA Publishing, as well as organizing international scientific conferences and webinars. The Central European Academy's Professorial Network consists of seven countries, 47 researchers, five research groups, numerous international scientific projects, and dissertations.
Through our collaborative research and teaching, our publications play a crucial role worldwide. For those interested in a legal career, the CEA offers outstanding opportunities through its internship program. This program provides practical experience and insights into the research and publishing processes of comparative legal history.
