Central Nannies is a UK nanny agency that connects families across London, Surrey, Hertfordshire and the South East with experienced childcare and household professionals. The agency supports families seeking live-in or live-out nannies, maternity nurses, nanny housekeepers and other household staff. Its personalised, relationship-led approach starts with understanding each family’s needs and each candidate’s experience, values and preferences, with the aim of creating a suitable, lasting match.

Central Nannies provides guidance throughout the recruitment process, from an initial enquiry and consultation through searching, shortlisting and placement. Candidates are carefully screened, interviewed and vetted, with reference checks, identity verification and safeguarding measures included. The agency works with professional nannies who value roles suited to their experience and offers families clear communication and practical advice as they make their decision. Support and communication continue beyond placement, giving both families and nannies a point of contact throughout their journey. Central Nannies presents its service as a considered way to find trusted childcare support and build a positive fit within family life.
