Centra Performance

Centra Performance Center is a firearms training and membership organization serving the Central Arkansas region. Its mission is to help people become safer, more capable gun owners through practical instruction in responsible firearm use. The center offers exclusive group classes six days a week, with training focused on safe handling, accurate shooting under stress, legal and ethical decisions, and conflict avoidance or de-escalation. Programs support people preparing for home defense, concealed carry, and professional duties.

Instruction is led by coaches with experience in competitive shooting, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, tactical training, emergency response, and communications for civilian disaster response. The coaching team includes owner and head coach Aaron Acklin, performance shooting coach Erik Bruckman, and tactical, medical, and digital infrastructure instructor Zachary Petrey.

Membership options include general range access and unlimited entry to regular group training sessions, with reduced pricing on firearm licensing services through Aaron’s Gun Cabinet. Higher membership tiers add monthly one-on-one sessions with Acklin.
