Centre Papillon Bleu is a renowned establishment dedicated to providing support and educational guidance for mentally disabled and physically handicapped children. Recognizing the challenging circumstances faced by these marginalized children, the center was established in 2007 with the aim of facilitating their social integration. The center currently welcomes 50 children on a regular basis, in addition to 200 children who are unable to commute daily due to their families' financial constraints.

The age range of the children at the center varies from 4 to 17 years old. Given the increasing poverty levels, the center's mission is to provide a nurturing environment where these misunderstood children can be prepared for life in society. The Centre Papillon Bleu offers a comprehensive range of services, including specialized care, education, vocational training, medical assistance, and nutritional support.

With two centers in Senegal and a total of 256 children under their care, Centre Papillon Bleu strives to meet the unique needs of mentally disabled and physically handicapped children, making a positive impact on their lives and fostering an inclusive society.
