Centre Plate Farms

Centre Plate Farms, LLC is a Stockton-based organization focused on addressing food justice among Stocktonians. It connects local families with fresh, seasonal produce and offers programs that support food access, gardening skills, and community building. Through its Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, the organization provides boxes of fresh fruits and vegetables featuring seasonal organic produce grown and sourced from local farmers in Stockton and surrounding areas. Boxes are offered on a sliding-scale cost, helping make locally sourced food more accessible to families.

Its Farm Design program, also called CP Gardens, helps families plan, build, plant, grow, and maintain home gardens. Participants learn how to meet basic food needs through gardening and sustain their gardens across the seasons. Centre Plate Farms also runs Have a Seat at my Table (HSMT), which creates regular opportunities for women to share information, discuss food justice, strengthen community connections, and network. The organization shares event information through its Resources section and invites people to join its CSA and stay connected through its online channels.
