Centro Don Rota

Fondazione Centro di Solidarietà “Don Guerrino Rota” ETS is an Italian nonprofit organization focused on supporting people affected by substance dependence and related challenges. In collaboration with local health authorities, including Azienda USL Umbria 2, it develops treatment and recovery services designed around individual needs. Its programs include an observation and assessment service for people with complex substance-use histories, multiple dependencies, dual diagnosis, or medication-based treatment, including methadone.

The foundation also provides residential care through a therapeutic and educational pathway that typically lasts about three years and progresses through welcome, community treatment, and social reintegration. Its therapeutic community encourages personal development through shared activities, practical work, group sessions, and individual conversations. For people with a dual diagnosis involving substance misuse and psychological distress, the foundation offers a residential program with community and reintegration stages.
