Established in 1980 by Mrs. Jocelyne Wirshing, Espibi is a non-profit institution dedicated to guiding and serving families with children who have special needs. Their main goal is to promote the independence of children with limitations through early intervention. Over the years, Espibi has evolved to provide support for children with various conditions such as Spina Bifida, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and many more.

Currently, Espibi offers a wide range of services including rehabilitation (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy), Pre-School Education, Adapted Physical Education, Social Work, and Service Coordination. Their dedicated board of directors has worked tirelessly to ensure the growth and direction of the center, leading to numerous accolades and recognition.
