Centros Grow Up

Centro Clínico Grow Up is a child and adolescent neurodevelopment center serving families in Chile’s O’Higgins Region, with locations in Rancagua and San Fernando. For more than 10 years, its multidisciplinary team has supported children, young people and their families through individualized, neuroaffirming care that recognizes each person’s strengths, needs and differences. Services include neurology and child psychiatry, psychology, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, educational support, nutrition, assessments and tailored therapy programs.

Grow Up offers support in areas such as autism, ADHD, communication and language, sensory integration, selective eating, learning difficulties, attention, social skills and early development. Its programs and group workshops address communication, social participation, autonomy and related developmental needs. Initial assessments and care plans are designed collaboratively with families and, where relevant, educational settings.

Through Fundación Grow Up, the organization also promotes inclusion beyond clinical care, offering training for educational institutions and businesses, as well as neuroaccessibility projects. Its approach emphasizes respectful relationships, safe environments, family collaboration and support for each child’s wellbeing and autonomy.
