Centro Ippico Le Ginestre is an equestrian centre in Magnago, in the province of Milan, set amid the greenery of Parco delle Rogge. Founded on the initiative of Gioselinda Macchi, a first-level federal instructor and experienced rider, the centre welcomes people of all ages and abilities who want to learn about horses and riding. Its equitation courses offer flexible lesson times throughout the week, including options suited to people who work.
Macchi and her team also support students who take part in national and international horse-riding competitions, and introduce younger riders on ponies to events for their age group. The 12,000-square-metre facility includes 60 stalls for privately owned horses, with both full-board and English-style boarding available. Members and their families can also use the on-site bar and restaurant for breakfast, lunch, snacks and aperitifs.
Conveniently located between Milan, Varese and Novara, Le Ginestre serves riders from nearby areas including Legnano, Castellanza, Gallarate and Busto Arsizio. Prospective students can call or contact the centre online for course and fee information
