Centro Polvere di Stelle is a child and adolescent rehabilitation centre in Borghetto Santo Spirito, Italy. Its purpose is to support young people facing developmental challenges and help each person reach their potential, while also guiding families through everyday concerns. The centre provides assessment, diagnosis and personalised rehabilitation programmes, developed in collaboration with families, schools and local services.

Its services include developmental psychomotor therapy, speech therapy, psychotherapy, educational support and training. The multidisciplinary team includes professionals in psychology, child neuropsychiatry, physiotherapy, orthoptics, nursing and education, as well as specialists in learning difficulties and autism. The centre also works with a dog educator to create opportunities for animal-assisted interventions and new experiences beyond the centre.
