Centrum Obsługi Administracji Rządowej (COAR) is a government administration service provider based in Warsaw. As a budgetary institution, COAR is responsible for serving the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and acts as the Central Purchaser for government administration units. COAR offers a range of comprehensive services, including the management of real estate, property rentals, training and conference facilities, printing services, and transportation.

Additionally, COAR provides catering services through its buffet called Parkowa. Formerly known as the Centre for Shared Services, COAR changed its name on January 1st, 2017, to better reflect its role as a government administration service center. With a track record of over 245 million złotys in central procurement savings between 2015 and 2021, COAR is committed to providing efficient and cost-effective services to support the operations of the government
