Centrum Pomocy Rodzinie “Modus Vivendi” is a family support center based in Siemianowice Śląskie, Poland. Through its work as the Modus Vivendi Foundation, it supports children, young people and adults who face social exclusion, disabilities or other difficulties. The center provides comprehensive rehabilitation and promotes mental health and healthy lifestyles.

Its services include free early developmental support for children, aimed at encouraging psychomotor and social development.
