About Centrum právnej pomoci
Centrum právnej pomoci is a state budget organization established by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic. They provide legal aid to individuals in material need, in accordance with the Law No. 327/2005 Z.
z. on the provision of legal aid. Since its establishment on January 1, 2006, the center has been dedicated to offering legal assistance to citizens who cannot afford other legal services due to financial constraints.
In addition to its core services, the center expanded its scope to include personal bankruptcy cases on March 1, 2017, providing support to individuals facing execution. With 15 offices across Slovakia and 44 consultation centers, Centrum právnej pomoci ensures that its qualified employees deliver high-quality and effective legal assistance. Their mission is to provide citizens with professional information and legal aid in various legal matters, including civil, family, labor, and debt relief cases.
