Centar za obrazovne politike (COP) is an independent multidisciplinary research center that provides expert support to decision-makers and practitioners in the development, implementation, and evaluation of education policies. Their aim is to identify and address areas that require attention from both policymakers and the scientific community, advocating for evidence-based educational policies and practices. COP's projects encompass research and development in various education levels, focusing on governance, policy, financing, equity, and teacher education.

Additionally, they offer annual thematic seminars to contribute to current debates in educational policy and bring together policy creators, practitioners, and researchers. To strengthen the application of research evidence in education policy-making, COP provides tailored training for educational institutions at both pre-university and higher education levels. With over 2,000 reference books in their library, as well as publications and electronic resources, COP aims to address significant issues in educational policy and disseminate research results to decision-makers, practitioners, the scientific community, and the wider public
