Community Enterprise Queensland (CEQ) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing essential goods and services to remote communities in the Torres Strait, NPA, and some remote Aboriginal communities. With 28 stores, CEQ is responsible for delivering fresh, healthy food choices, general groceries, household items, appliances, furniture, hardware, fuel, and ATM facilities to these communities. CEQ operates under the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Communities (Justice, Land & Others Matters) Act 1984 and is governed by a board appointed through ministerial appointment.

The organization manages various remote stores, including Islanders Board of Industry and Service (IBIS), Aboriginal Business, Industry and Service (ABIS), Col Jones, Mitre 10, and Mona's Bazaar. With over 400 team members, including 78% who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander peoples, CEQ is committed to being an employer of choice in Queensland. The organization prioritizes the development of its teams through internal and external training programs.
