About RIA
CERT-EE is the national Computer Emergency Response Team for Estonia, responsible for identifying, monitoring, and resolving cyber incidents occurring in Estonian computer networks. In addition to this, they provide information about potential cyber threats and conduct preventive activities. Their activities include monitoring and managing the country's cyberspace, handling cyber incidents, providing technical support, and delivering warnings and guidance to both institutions and internet service providers.
They also organize various events and media campaigns to raise awareness about online security. CERT-EE acts within the framework of the Estonian Information System Authority (RIA), ensuring that Estonia's digital society is secure and resilient. This CERT is a member of the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity ENISA’s CSIRTs Network, allowing for international collaboration with similar organizations worldwide.
