Certificat Médical is a digital platform that helps sports event organizers automate the review of medical certificates and other supporting documents submitted with online registrations. Since 2018, the service has used image-recognition technology to assess whether documents meet requirements, then approve submissions or reject them with a specific explanation. Athletes upload documents through the organizer’s usual registration platform, while automated analysis supports faster decisions and reduces manual workload.

Designed for events such as running races, marathons, triathlons, and cycling competitions, the solution integrates with online registration platforms through APIs. It can also identify signs of falsified or digitally altered documents. The company says all documents are processed within 24 hours, including for large events, and highlights data security, French hosting, and limited data retention.

Pricing is free for volumes below 500 documents per month; higher volumes are quoted. Setup, test-app access, and GET API calls are free, with support available by phone and email. Certificat Médical also provides a demo, technical documentation, and assistance with implementation and service management.
