Certifly is a compliance platform for drone operators, developed by RoundTable Italy S.r.l. It brings company setup, operational documents, and pre-flight checks together in one place, helping users prepare for flights and identify missing requirements before takeoff. Operators can create an organisation profile, add team members and qualifications, and register their aircraft and equipment. The platform uses this information to populate documents and mission details, reducing repeated data entry.

Certifly supports the creation and management of 71 documents across 119 document types, with tools for ENAC compliance and checks informed by the operation being planned. Its GO/NO-GO process helps operators assess whether requirements are met before a flight. The service is designed for a range of drone activities, including agriculture, infrastructure inspection, mapping, professional filming, and surveillance. Certifly also publishes guidance on regulations and drone operations, and identifies itself as an official DJI Agriculture Italy partner. Users can explore its plans, access the platform, or learn about its partner programme.
