Certus is an Apple-device golf app designed to replace guesswork with clear, evidence-based feedback. Built for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, it brings swing analysis, performance statistics and on-course tools together, with no ads. Golfers can record swings at up to 240 frames per second, stream footage live to an iPad, compare swings and use visual overlays. On iPhone Pro models, LiDAR depth can measure movement in real inches when the camera angle supports an accurate reading.

The app tracks strokes gained on individual shots against benchmarks ranging from tour level to a 20 handicap, or against a golfer’s own best rounds. Its coaching features identify potential weaknesses and prioritize improvements, while withholding conclusions when the data is insufficient. On the course, Certus offers GPS distances, flyovers, wind- and elevation-aware plays-like yardages, slope maps and 3D green views. A caddie feature draws on a player’s tracked shots to inform club choices. Additional tools include round reports, shot logging and a tournament-legal mode that hides restricted features.
