CESPAD (Centre for Social Planning and Administrative Development) is a non-governmental national organization in Kenya. Established in 2004, CESPAD specializes in various areas, including Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM), integrity in water service provision, sanitation, hygiene, environmental conservation, agriculture, and poverty analysis.
