Tamara Melissa

Tamara Melissa’s Cesta Ženy (The Woman’s Journey) offers body psychotherapy, mentoring and transformational experiences for women, with a particular focus on those aged 42 and over navigating perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause. Drawing on 30 years of experience, Tamara supports women through periods of change as they explore their identity, reconnect with their bodies and move toward greater authenticity. Her approach combines body-oriented psychotherapy with ritual and spiritual elements.

Services include individual consultations and mentoring, online courses, guided video rituals, meditations and live events. The website also features a cycle of women’s rituals, a calendar of upcoming events, and an online shop offering meditations and artwork. Visitors can access a complimentary “Roots” meditation, described as an invitation to cultivate stability, calm and trust in the body. Programs address themes such as feminine identity, emotional transformation and menopause. Cesta Ženy presents its work as a supportive space for personal exploration, whether through one-to-one guidance, online offerings or shared experiences in a women’s community.
