CETyS, short for Centro de Estudios en Tecnología y Sociedad, is an interdisciplinary research, education, and outreach center focused on the policies and development of digital processes in Latin America. They offer a range of programs and services to enhance understanding and engagement in this field. Their educational programs include the Diploma en Gobernanza de Internet (DiGI), which explores the challenges of internet governance and the digital ecosystem.

The Derecho de Internet y Tecnología de las Comunicaciones (DITC) program trains professionals in the legal and policy aspects relevant to the internet, digital technology, and telecommunications industries. The Diplomatura Internacional en Protección de Datos (DPD) provides advanced knowledge of the legal and policy issues related to data protection and privacy laws. Furthermore, CETyS conducts research in areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Fintech, Internet Ecosystem, Digital Infrastructure, and Digital Citizenship.
