The Club des Femmes Administrateurs d’Entreprises (CFA) is a non-profit association founded in March 2012 with the primary goal of promoting women's participation in the Boards of Directors and Supervisory Boards of companies in both the public and private sectors in Morocco and abroad. Led by Amina Figuigui, CFA consists of several dozen women with diverse skills and experiences in board roles. Affiliated with CGEM, CFA advocates for gender diversity in governance bodies to enhance performance, competitiveness, and social, societal, and environmental responsibility.

Studies worldwide have shown that women's presence on boards leads to better decision-making, strategic assessment, and ultimately higher profitability. CFA champions the need for significant female representation on boards to influence ecosystems positively. Through networking, training, and support, CFA empowers women directors to enhance decision-making quality, transparency, and service quality for improved company competitiveness and performance
