Centre for Health Systems Strengthening (CfHSS) is a non-governmental and non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing healthcare delivery in resource-limited settings. Our mission is to employ scientifically proven diagnostic and innovative methods, data, and community engagement to address public health challenges. Registered under the Companies Act of 1963, Act 179 in Ghana, CfHSS collaborates with government entities, research institutions, and professional bodies to provide technical expertise in laboratory diagnosis and quality management systems.

Our focus is on research, capacity building, mentoring, advocacy, and program implementation to improve the quality of lives in Ghana. We strive to develop, sustain, and maintain quality systems within the healthcare sector through the expertise of local and international professionals. With a range of services including diagnostics capacity building, laboratory quality management systems, policy development, research, and disease surveillance, we work towards a referenced quality system that enhances healthcare operations.
