Cereal Growers Association (CGA) is a national non-profit member-based farmer organization established in 1996. Their primary goal is to unite commercial cereal farmers and work towards the collective improvement of their farming enterprises while addressing industry challenges in Kenya. CGA represents farmers' interests by engaging with the government to advocate for favorable agricultural policies.

CGA provides various services to farmers, including training, research, and advisory services. They establish learning centers, demo farms, farmer field days, and trade fairs to offer extension and advisory services. Additionally, CGA plays a vital role in connecting farmers with essential services.

They also share crucial information through their quarterly publication, The Sower Magazine, which covers topics such as agricultural tips, weather advisories, and farm economic observatory. Over the years, CGA has successfully implemented numerous projects in partnership with donors, government bodies, and players in the grain and agricultural sector. These projects aim to enhance the cereal value chain, promote sustainable farming practices, and improve the livelihoods of farmers.

With a reach spanning 25 counties in Kenya and representing 250,000 farmers and 1,050,000 household members, CGA is dedicated to supporting the cereal farming community and ensuring their prosperity
