The Governance Association (جمعية الحوكمة التعاونية) is the first cooperative association specializing in governance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Registered under the Cooperative Associations Law issued by the Council of Ministers, the association aims to enhance governance, sustain business practices, and safeguard the rights of stakeholders. With expertise in legislation and legal frameworks, our independent advisory role focuses on promoting a governance culture and supporting organizations across sectors in implementing good governance practices that align with local regulations and international standards.
