CGEM

The Confédération Générale des Entreprises du Maroc (CGEM) is the voice of Morocco’s private sector. Founded in 1947, it represents more than 90,000 direct and affiliated members, bringing together businesses through sectoral federations, regional groups and thematic commissions. Its work includes representing business interests in legislative and public-policy discussions, supporting economic cooperation internationally, and promoting entrepreneurship and business development.

The CGEM provides members with practical resources and services, including publications, reports, white papers and international monitoring through its resource centre. It also offers training, business corridors, certification and member benefits, and organizes events designed to provide value to participating businesses. These include economic meetings, forums, sector-focused gatherings and initiatives supporting small businesses, professional training and international partnerships.

Through its activities and member network, the CGEM connects companies with information, opportunities and business communities across Morocco and abroad. Its website provides news, event listings, publications and access to membership services, as well as information about the organization’s statutory bodies and its Foundation for Enterprise.
