About Climate Governance Malaysia
Climate Governance Malaysia is the Malaysian chapter of the World Economic Forum's Climate Governance Initiative. We are a network of non-executive directors dedicated to improving corporate governance in relation to climate change. Our aim is to equip directors with the practical skills necessary to navigate the business landscape amidst the challenges of the climate crisis.
We prioritize long-term stewardship, financial stability, resilience, and sustainability. While our focus is on non-executive directors, we welcome participation from other stakeholders as well. Our events and conversations provide a platform for meaningful discussions and collaborations on climate change.
One of our upcoming events is the National Climate Governance Summit 2023, which is the first definitive summit on climate governance specifically designed for listed companies and small medium enterprises. We are also hosting the Chairperson Masterclass Series featuring esteemed speakers. Join us as we address climate change as a top business risk and work towards a more sustainable future.
