to CGOT Occupational Therapy

CGOT Occupational Therapy provides holistic, person-centred support for children, teens, adults and seniors in Geelong, Torquay, the Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast. Services are offered in the community, at home, outdoors and via telehealth, helping people build capacity to do the activities they need and want to do. The practice supports people with neurodivergence, including autism and ADHD, as well as neurological conditions, mental health challenges, chronic pain, injury, trauma, genetic conditions and autoimmune conditions.

Its strengths-focused, evidence-based approach considers the connection between mind, body and meaningful daily activities. Support may include sensory approaches, nature-based therapy, rehabilitation and strategies for functional independence and wellbeing. CGOT also offers NDIS and other assessments, including functional capacity, sensory, home and living, and independent living assessments. Additional services include adapted yoga and mindfulness, horticultural therapy, cold water immersion and nature-based groups and walks. The practice also advises workplaces, schools and other environments on accessibility, sensory regulation and inclusive, neurodiverse-friendly design.
