Le Chalet du Sire is a gastronomic restaurant at La Féclaz, in the Savoie region of France, set at 1,500 metres in the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park. A long-standing landmark for hikers heading towards the Croix du Nivolet, the chalet offers views of Lake Bourget, the Chartreuse and the Jura mountains. Chefs Kévin Vaubourg and Lucille Routin took over the restaurant in 2026, bringing experience from acclaimed kitchens and a Michelin-starred partnership at Le Lavandin.
Their cooking celebrates the Savoyard landscape through a seasonal menu inspired by the mountains, forests and pastures. Dishes may feature wild herbs, edible flowers, fish from Alpine lakes and game during hunting season, with menus served in four, six or eight courses; the four-course option is not available on weekends. Guests can reserve a table or purchase gift vouchers.
Next door, Le Mazot serves homemade snacks made with local products, including Bauges cheeses, hot-diot, waffles, ice cream and Savoyard drinks. It provides a casual stop for visitors exploring the plateau
