About ChalleNGe Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico Youth ChalleNGe Academy is committed to improving the education, life skills, and employment potential of disengaged youth. Through a quasi-military structured program, we provide discipline, leadership, and essential skills for success in adulthood. Our vision is to be the premier educational alternative for high school dropouts aged 16-18, offering top-tier education, mentoring, and lifestyle guidance.
Our Eight Core Components framework focuses on holistic development, including academic excellence, health and hygiene, job skills, leadership development, life-coping skills, physical fitness, responsible citizenship, and service to the community. Cadets participate in academic classes, vocational courses, career exploration, character-building activities, financial responsibility training, physical fitness routines, civic education, and community service initiatives.
