Champagne Colette Bonnet is an independent grower-producer based in Éguilly-sous-Bois, in the Côte des Bar region of Champagne. The domaine farms 2. 24 hectares of organically cultivated vines in Noé-les-Mallets, planted with Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay.
With an average vine age of around 20 years, its vineyards reflect the area’s distinctive clay-limestone and Kimmeridgian soils. The estate produces a range of organic Champagnes, including Noir Essentiel, vintage bottlings, Pinot Blanc and blends of the three grape varieties. Its cuvées are made from hand-harvested grapes, with production and technical details varying by wine; the offerings include Extra-Brut styles.
Champagne Colette Bonnet also works with the Bélorgeot-Bonnet partnership, which operates an Ecocert-certified pressing facility equipped with two presses and a 400-hectolitre cellar. The domaine shares tasting information and food-pairing suggestions for its wines, and offers guest accommodation through a chambre d’hôtes. Its Noir Essentiel 2016 received recognition at The World’s Finest Glass of Bubbly Awards in 2025
