Champagne Hubert Favier is a family-run Champagne producer based in Urville, in the Barsuraubois and Côte des Bars area of Champagne, France. The Favier family has cultivated vines in the village for four generations, and Michaël Favier now carries on the family’s winemaking tradition. The house produces a varied range of Champagnes, including Brut Tradition, Brut Réserve and Brut Demi-Sec blends led by Pinot Noir, as well as a sugar-free Brut Nature and a Chardonnay-only Brut Carte Blanche.
Its selection also features a Rosé, a vintage Champagne made with equal proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and the Pinot Noir-focused Cuvée Louis Millésimé. Beyond Champagne, the producer offers Ratafia, an aperitif liqueur made from grape must and alcohol. Customers can explore cuvées and purchase gift discovery boxes, personalized labels, engraved items, accessories and Champagne caps through the online boutique.
The website also shares information about the vineyard, tasting advice, food pairings, events and the Champagne-making process, including bottling and harvest updates
