C'est en 1899, à Dizy près d'Epernay, que Louis Eugène PANNIER écrit les premières pages de l'histoire de la Maison éponyme. Au fil du temps et de travail en excellence, la marque gagne en réputation et débute un nouveau chapitre plein de promesses en s'installant à Château-Thierry, au cœur des coteaux de la Vallée de la Marne. Depuis 1937, d'anciennes carrières de pierre médiévales abritent le trésor de la Maison : ses cuvées de Champagne sur lesquelles veille un Archer gravé au XVème siècle dans la roche, devenu emblème de la Maison.
