A Chance to Learn

A Chance To Learn, Inc. (AC2L) is an organization focused on helping children and families thrive through early education, parent engagement, and perinatal health support. Created to address the challenge of children entering kindergarten behind, AC2L builds foundational skills for children from birth to age five and works to strengthen families’ access to learning resources and support.

Its programs include Project Educate, which provides scholarships to low-income families so children can attend quality preschools, and A Chance To Learn Abroad, a cultural enrichment experience for underserved kindergarteners through second graders. Camp S.M.A.R.T. Kid offers cross-disciplinary activities that support children’s development. Other initiatives include S.M.A.R.T. Box for Kids, AUtiSOME S.M.A.R.T. Kid Camp, and parent-focused services such as A Parent’s Promise, SOAR, and Mompreneurship. AC2L also provides perinatal health programs, including MyBaby4Me, ParentPreneur, and Perinatal Pathways, with an emphasis on education and empowerment. Through its programs, family resources, volunteer opportunities, and community engagement, AC2L aims to help children and families build lasting educational, health, and personal well-being.
