Chandra yoga

Chandra Yoga is a women-centred yoga practice created to support people through different stages of life, including pregnancy, early motherhood, menopause, and adolescence. Its name comes from the Sanskrit word Chandra, meaning “moon” and “to shine,” reflecting qualities such as rest, compassion, intuition, creativity, and self-care. The practice is led by Evi, a certified teacher in hatha, flow, yin, pregnancy yoga, and yoga for women.

Chandra Yoga offers weekly classes, workshops, retreats, and treatments in a welcoming setting for people of different ages, backgrounds, fitness levels, and experience. Services include pregnancy and postnatal yoga, birth preparation for couples, family and partner yoga, and sessions exploring topics such as the chakras and menopause. Treatments include yin yoga massage for women, rebozo massage for pregnant clients, and rebozo massage and breathwork for children and young people.
