ChangeEngine is an employee communication software platform designed to help People and HR teams create connected, engaged workplaces. Its tools bring communication, automation, content creation, feedback, and analytics together, allowing organizations to plan messages centrally and deliver them through channels employees already use, including email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and SMS. The platform connects with HRIS systems and supports communications without requiring employees to log in to a new service.

ChangeEngine offers a Workforce Communication Orchestrator, an AI Content Creation Studio for branded, multi-format materials, and an Employee Journey Builder for personalized workflows across the employee lifecycle. Additional capabilities include two-way SMS, surveys and listening tools, engagement analytics, rewards and recognition automation, and a swag and e-gifting hub. Its beta HR Knowledge Agent provides employees with policy-grounded answers to common HR questions.

The platform supports programs such as onboarding, learning and development, manager coaching, change management, digital adoption, and mergers and acquisitions. ChangeEngine also provides free resources, including HR communication templates and AI-powered tools.
