ChaosMotorSport

ChaosMotorSport is a project-focused brand documenting the design, construction and development of the CMS Buggy, a road-legal, twin-seat, mid-engined vehicle intended to meet UK Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) requirements. The project began as a lightweight, economical buggy using Suzuki Swift engine and gearbox components. After the original setup proved underpowered for motorway driving, the build evolved into a second version with Volkswagen Golf running gear and a 1.8T VW engine.

The buggy combines custom-fabricated parts with off-the-shelf components and features fully independent twin-wishbone suspension with 12 inches (300 mm) of travel. ChaosMotorSport shares detailed build diaries for both the original MK 2 build and its upgrade, alongside extensive photographs and videos documenting construction, testing and development.
