Charge Incubator is a pioneering brand that offers the Charge Changemaker Program, specifically designed to empower immigrant founders in Norway. This free 4-month program equips you with the network and knowledge necessary to launch a successful business. By joining this program, you'll benefit from a larger network, enhanced business knowledge, and increased confidence as a founder.

Additionally, you'll experience a sense of belonging within a vibrant community. The program is completely free of charge, and Charge Incubator does not take any equity in the projects it accepts. The program comprises three parts: Pre-Incubation, The Kick-Starter, and Incubation, with sessions covering topics such as mindset, finding your target customer group, networking, business model establishment, financial forecasting, and prototyping.

Charge Incubator welcomes talented founders who are seeking livelihood opportunities, struggling to find jobs, or facing challenges in accessing relevant networks. Industry-specific focus is not required, but projects with a tech component and/or sustainability focus are highly appreciated. Accepted participants are expected to attend at least 80% of the sessions and actively work on their projects throughout the program.
