Charleville Show

Charleville Agricultural Show is an Irish agricultural event established in 1979 and held at Charleville Showgrounds. Described by its organisers as Ireland’s best two-day agricultural show, it brings together activities and competitions for visitors, exhibitors and families. The programme includes judging and classes for cattle, horses, sheep, dogs and horticulture, alongside arts and crafts, cookery, children’s competitions and showjumping. The show also features vintage attractions, with results, rules and competition information available through its website.

For businesses and organisations, Charleville Show provides trade stand opportunities, with details on trader benefits, prices and terms, as well as options to become a sponsor. Visitors can find practical information about tickets, travel and safety, and explore photography and video galleries from past events. The show’s broad mix of agricultural, creative and family activities reflects the scale of the event, which organisers report cost more than €250,000 to stage in 2018. Charleville Agricultural Show is supported by sponsors and funding partners, including the Irish Shows Association and government departments.
