Charlie Charlie One is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation established in 2021, supporting serving British Armed Forces personnel, veterans and their families affected by cancer across the United Kingdom. Its mission is to promote health and well-being through compassionate, confidential peer support and connections to useful services.

The charity’s peer supporters are serving personnel and veterans who have experienced cancer themselves. They offer the chance to talk with someone who understands both the diagnosis and the military experience, helping people navigate treatment journeys and feel less alone. This support complements, rather than replaces, medical or clinical advice.

Charlie Charlie One also signposts people to national, regional and local organisations that provide specialist cancer, family and bereavement support. Its website features resources such as cancer information services, local support directories, audiobook access and assistance for military families. The organisation also welcomes people who wish to volunteer as peer supporters and organisations interested in joining its support network.
